If any problems with our products during
nhprice.com warranty, we will repair them for free. If nhprice.com fails to repair defective ones and can’t offer the same device type for replacement, we will refund you the total money except shipping costs.
If products buying from us meet the above 3 return conditions, please follow the next steps to get them repaired, replaced or refunded. Firstly, please contact with our support team through our Live Chat, calls or support-email cisco@Router-switch.com for detailed problems.
Secondly, after receiving confirmed email from nhprice.com, please send devices back to us. nhprice.com will check the products. Defected ones will get repaired and resent. Those cannot be repaired will be replaced with same device type if we have any in stock. Total amount excluding shipping fees will be refunded if we failed to repair and replace.

Customers are responsible for returning and resending shipping costs. Please remember to send us resending shipping fees after receiving our email for repair or replacement. Resending will be delayed if no shipping fees received.
Please take care of the packing when returning. New devices shall be in original box along with original accessories. Used ones need to be in original packing from nhprice.com.
